Exchange & Return Policy
TatiHair aims to provide high-quality human hair wigs and weaves to our customers, also we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. if you are not 100% satisfied, all online purchases and orders through WhatsApp are eligible for an exchange or return within 10 days of the date you received the item
1. Online purchases and WhatsApp orders (gifts excluded) made through tatihair.com are valid for exchange and return within 10 days from the date you’ve received all your item(s).
2. Items must be unused, undamaged, and come with all original tags and their original packaging. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. (if the original strap attached to the u part wig is cut off, or the wig has been washed and dyed, the item will be not seen as an unused condition)
3. Free returns and exchanges have been implemented in The United States. If you want the prepaid shipping label please contact us first. We’ll be mailing you a prepaid shipping label once we confirm your return request.
Before shipping back, please email us first for the shipping address. We have all the right to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge and other expenses caused by this return (Not including US customers) Custom-made orders can’t be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
- Email [email protected] within 10 days of receiving your package to make an application for an exchange. Emails received after 10 days will not be taken into consideration.
- Please email us photos of the products for our reference. We will reply with return instructions after confirming its inconsistency with our policies.
- For any price differences between the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge.
- Customers will have to pay customs fees resulting from not following our return instructions.
- Rush Exchange:
-You can place a new order and receive your refund when the original item arrives back.
-Place a new order online, and we will prepare the new product while waiting for the return. Your new product will be shipped to you after it is finished.
-When we receive the returned product in its original condition, we’ll issue the refunds or store credit that has the delay.
- Refund will be processed within 24 hours once your returned package is received and inspected, Refund will be directly issued to your original payment account within several days
