TatiHair provides fast international shipping for human hair products and accessories, The shipping price we offer for our products is according to the estimated rate of the delivery company, in order to get more sales and share the expense with our customers, most of the time the shipping charges is lower than market price.
Most of the stocked items in our New York warehouse will ship out in 24 hours and our staff can provide delivery &pick-up service. Some may take longer if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 3-5 business days to process. Need it urgently or have other issues, you can get help from our service team.
We usually ship by DHL, FedEx, or UPS with expedited shipping depending on your location; shipping time is 3-5 business days at this special time.

PO. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. Please leave a physical address for your order.
Orders shipped to countries out of the United States may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. We usually declare the nail value to meet the custom free-tax standard to help avoid unnecessary expenses, but if it still happens, TatiHair is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. Please contact the local customs office on your side for more information regarding customs policies.
Sign for Delivery
It is strongly recommended that you Sign For Delivery. We ship to the correct address you left for your order but we won’t be responsible for the loss caused by your authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard, or any place else.
We send tracking numbers by email within 24-48 hours after your order is shipped out.
What is the item processing time?
After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product’s quality. Please note that different items are subject to different processing times.
